Maintenance method
The hydraulic oil maintenance of the swing motor can be maintained at the same time as the entire hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil needs to be replaced every 2,000 hours. The gear oil of the rotary reducer needs to be replaced every 1,000 hours.
(Note: The replacement cycle is used as a theoretical reference, and bosses should also make adjustments based on actual working conditions, etc.)
In daily operation, we need to observe the gear oil level of the rotary reducer from the dipstick. In some cases, abnormal loss of lubricating oil will be found, and we need to open the observation port of the large ring gear (bottom of the boom cylinder, butter filling port) , check whether the lubricating oil leaks into the large ring gear cavity through the sealing ring of the rotary reducer.
Theory
There are two ways to brake the swing motor: parking mechanical brake and hydraulic brake. The parking mechanical brake is installed inside the motor and mainly consists of a spring, a brake piston and a brake friction plate. Pp solenoid valve lock state mechanical brake control:
The input oil at the motor slack port Pp is pilot pressure oil and is controlled by the rotary lock solenoid valve. When the solenoid valve is locked, the Pp port pressure is released, and under the action of the brake spring force, the brake piston tightens the brake friction plate to realize the parking mechanical braking function.
When the solenoid valve is opened, the pilot pressure oil enters the brake oil chamber through the solenoid valve, opens the brake piston, and the mechanical brake is opened. Rotation can be achieved by manipulating the rotation.
Hydraulic brake control: Stop the rotary operation, the rotary valve returns to the neutral position and blocks the inlet and outlet oil circuits of the rotary motor, generating a large back pressure on the return oil circuit to achieve braking.
