Maintenance
Maintenance of the excavator hydraulic pump is very important to maintain its normal operation and extend its service life. Here are some basic guidelines for excavator hydraulic pump maintenance:
Regular inspection: Regularly inspect the hydraulic pump, including the pump body, oil suction port, oil drain port, connecting bolts and other parts. Make sure there are no leaks, looseness or damage.
1. Filter replacement: Regularly replace the filter of the hydraulic pump to prevent impurities from entering the inside of the pump. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations or instructions in your maintenance manual for filter replacement.
2. Hydraulic oil replacement: Regularly replace the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic pump to maintain its normal lubriion and cooling performance. Use the manufacturer's recommended hydraulic oil specifiions and follow recommended change intervals.
3. Clean the cooler: The cooler of the hydraulic pump may accumulate dust, sludge or other impurities, which affects the heat dissipation effect. Clean the cooler regularly to ensure its surfaces are clean and well ventilated.
4. Keep the hydraulic system clean: Keep the excavator hydraulic system clean to avoid impurities entering the hydraulic pump. Clean hydraulic tanks and lines regularly to prevent the accumulation of contaminants.
