Maintainance
Regularly change hydraulic oil: The normal operation of the hydraulic pump depends on high-quality hydraulic oil, so it is essential to change the hydraulic oil regularly. Change the hydraulic oil at the prescribed time intervals or working hours according to the manufacturer's recommendations, and make sure to use hydraulic oil that meets the specifiions.
Clean the oil tank: Clean the hydraulic oil tank regularly to ensure that it is free of impurities and dirt. This prevents impurities from entering the hydraulic system and protects the normal operation of the hydraulic pump and other hydraulic components.
Check the hydraulic filter: The hydraulic filter is essential to keep the hydraulic system clean and operating properly. Check the condition of the hydraulic filter regularly to ensure that it is not blocked or damaged. Replace the filter when necessary.
Check the oil temperature and pressure: The operating temperature and pressure of the hydraulic pump should be within the normal range. Make sure they are within the normal range by regularly checking the temperature and pressure indiors on the dashboard. If there are any abnormalities, troubleshoot and repair them.
