Application
Replacing the swing motor of excavator is a complex repair job that requires certain expertise and skills. The following are the general steps when replacing the swing motor of a Doosan excavator:
Preparation: Before starting to replace the swing motor, make sure the excavator is in a safe state, shut down and unplug all power. Make sure the work area is safe and prepare the required tools and equipment.
Remove the swing motor:
Support and fix the swing platform of the excavator by mechanical or hydraulic means.
Remove the pipes and wires connected to the swing motor.
Use appropriate tools (such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to remove the bolts that fix the swing motor.
Carefully remove the old swing motor.
Install the new swing motor:
Place the new swing motor in the correct position.
Fix the bolts of the swing motor to ensure that it is installed firmly.
Connect the pipes and wires of the swing motor to ensure that the connection is correct and firm.
Testing and debugging:
Before restarting the excavator, perform necessary tests and debugging to ensure that the new swing motor can operate normally.
Check whether the swing motor is working properly, including the control of the swing speed and direction, etc.

Larger quantity, price will be more favorable.
Deliever Way:
By courier, like the DHL, UPS, Fedex,etc. It's door to door or barn to the door,
usually 5-7 days to arrive.
By air to air port, usually 3-5 days to arrive
By sea to sea port, usually 20-30 days to arrive.
