1. Check and replace hydraulic oil
Check the hydraulic oil level: Make sure the oil level is within the specified range. Too low may cause the hydraulic system to suck air, and too high may cause the oil temperature to rise.
Replace hydraulic oil regularly:
According to the manufacturer's recommendations (usually every 2000-4000 hours).
If the oil is found to be deteriorating, emulsified or has too many impurities, it should be replaced in time.
Choose the right hydraulic oil:
Use hydraulic oil that meets the recommended specifiions of , such as HYDO Advanced 10, etc.
Mixed use of oils of different brands may affect system performance.
2. Replacement of hydraulic filter element
Filter element replacement cycle:
Replace after 500 hours of initial use, and then replace every 1000-2000 hours (depending on the working conditions).
If the filter element is found to be blocked or the hydraulic system is abnormal, it should be replaced in advance.
Precautions for filter element replacement:
Use original or high-quality replacement filter elements. Poor-quality filter elements may reduce the filtering effect and damage the hydraulic system.
Clean the surrounding area before replacement to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system.
3. Check the hydraulic oil temperature
Normal working temperature: The hydraulic oil temperature should usually be kept between 50℃-80℃. Too high or too low will affect the system performance.
High temperature cause investigation:
Hydraulic oil has not been replaced for a long time, resulting in decreased viscosity and poor lubricity.
Internal leakage in the hydraulic system causes energy loss to be converted into heat.
The radiator is blocked, and the dust and oil on the surface of the radiator need to be cleaned.
The internal wear of the hydraulic pump leads to decreased efficiency and extra heat.
4. Check the sealing of the hydraulic system
Check whether there are leaks in hydraulic hoses, pipe joints, cylinders and other components:
If oil seepage or oil leakage is found, the seals should be tightened or replaced in time.
Hydraulic oil leakage will not only cause waste, but also cause the pressure of the hydraulic system to drop, affecting work efficiency.
Check the hydraulic pump shaft seal:
Aging and damage of the shaft seal may cause internal leakage, and the seal needs to be replaced.
5. Check the operating status of the hydraulic pump
Noise and vibration:
The hydraulic pump should run smoothly without abnormal noise or obvious vibration.
If high-frequency screaming or abnormal noise occurs, it may be caused by cavitation, internal wear or oil contamination.
Pressure detection:
Use a pressure gauge to check whether the hydraulic system pressure is within the normal range.
If the pressure is abnormal (too high or too low), check the overflow valve, main control valve and the hydraulic pump itself.
